The coffee cupping score developed by the Specialty Coffee Association goes from 0 to 100, and only coffees scoring 80 points or above get the “specialty coffee” badge of honor. At Contrast Coffee, all of our coffees score at 80 points or above. Only 7 percent of the worlds coffee is considered “specialty coffee”. Coffees that score 89 or above make it into our Roaster Reserve Series which only accounts for less than 1 percent of coffee on the entire planet. When you drink Contrast Coffee, you are drinking the worlds best coffee.
